“The constitutional courts of Azerbaijan and Slovakia enjoy strong bilateral relations and a fruitful cooperation,” chairperson of the Constitutional Court of Slovakia Ivetta Macejková has told AZERTAC’s special correspondent.

“It was with great pleasure and joy that I accepted the invitation to attend ‘The state governed by the rule of law and constitutional justice: values and priorities’ international conference marking the 20th anniversary of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan. Twenty years is indeed a great history and we have been closely collaborating with the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan during this period,” said Macejková.

She praised excellent organization of the international conference held in Baku. Macejková expressed her confidence that cooperation between the two countries' constitutional courts would continue to develop.
