Director General of the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) Maxim Minchev has said he is deeply impressed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev`s speech at the joint opening ceremony of the 5th News Agencies World Congress and 16th General Assembly of Organization of Asia-Pacific News Agencies in Baku.

“This is not my first visit to Baku as I have attended numerous events here. I was confident that the Azerbaijani side and AZERTAC will ensure excellent delivery of the World Congress,” he told AZERTAC.

Maxim Minchev expressed his hope that the Baku event will be one of the most successful congresses and stimulate the work of news agencies.
