The Azerbaijani State Committee on Property Issues and Germany’s Federal Ministry of Finance have inked a memorandum of understanding on mutual agreement and co-operation in the field of management and privatization of state property.
The document was signed by the chairman of the State Committee on Property Issues Karam Hasanov and Ministry`s director of Management and Privatization of Federal Property Department Bruno Kahle.
The sides held discussions on implementation of measures indicated in the memorandum.
The memorandum sets such directions of co-operation as improvement of legislation in the sphere of management and privatization of state property, exchange of experience and data, provision of consulting services and attraction of investments to the process of privatization.
