Being in Baku on a visit the delegation led by the vice-president of Presidium of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Sergey Rakhmanov has visited National Aviation Academy of Azerbaijan.

Director of the State Enterprise Center of light-emitting diode and optoelectronic technologies of NAS of Belarus Yuri Trofimov and the chief of department of marketing and logistics of the mentioned Center Oleg Kiselyov.
At the meeting with rector of Aviation Academy academician Arif Pashaev discussed were issues of production of the lighting equipment with use of the Belarus light-emitting diode technologies. The agreement has been reached on preparation of the feasibility report on the given project in the near future. It is planned that till the end of current year Azerbaijan will release appropriate hi-tech and power saving production.
The Belarus delegation has held presentation and other innovative projects of Belarus Academy of Sciences, perspective for introduction in Azerbaijan.
The Belarus delegation will hold meetings in National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, the Fund of Development of Science under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, other scientific organizations.
The visit will last till June 9.
