On 30 January, 2015 Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, Huseyn Bagirov, held the meeting with the citizens of Sabirabad, Saatli, Hajigabul and Shirvan in the center named after Heydar Aliyev in Sabirabad.
The meeting was attended by officials of the ministry, as well as the subordinate chiefs. Complaints and appeals at about 50 citizens were listened and reviewed on the issues of protection of the environment, ecological balance, protection of forests, geology, biodiversity, environmental monitoring and so on. Examination of the application for recruitment written to the minister by every citizen in accordance with the legislation of the issues raised and immediately gave instructions to the heads of the relevant structures of the solution, some of the issues that concern citizens have been resolved on the spot, to investigate complaints of violations of the relevant entities for the delivery of appropriate measures and taken into custody were recorded. The appeals, which are not in not within the competence of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources were registered for delivery to relevant bodies.
