The Azerbaijani Embassy in Japan together with the IRS-Isan magazine have had the Japanese version of the magazine published.
The new edition of the magazine featured an article on the Karabakh Mugham School by First Lady of Azerbaijan, UNESCO and ISESCO goodwill ambassador, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva.
The article narrates on the art of mugham, Azerbaijani mugham school and its outstanding representatives, unique style and traditions of the Karabakh mugham school, which is the integral part of the Azerbaijani mugham school.
Besides, the magazine has the articles “Karabakh – cradle of mugham” by editor-in-chief Musa Marjanly, “Crime in Khojaly: perpetrators, determining actions and responsibility in accordance with international law” by Tofig Musayev, “Our contemporary Mehseti Ganjevi” by Rafael Huseynov, “Natural points of Azerbaijan – gift of nature to human being” by Izmira Guliyeva, “Patchwork – as applied art in Azerbaijan” by Afet Rustambeyova, and the one on the Japanese sword kept in the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan by Sabuhi Ahmadov.
The magazine also contains articles by the Japanese authors who visited Azerbaijan and witnessed rapid development of Azerbaijan in recent years.
The aim of publishing the magazine is to educate the Japanese about the rich historical and cultural heritage of Azerbaijan, its art, literature, cuisine, and tourism opportunities.
