A closing ceremony of the World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue took place in Gulustan Palace in Baku, on Friday.
Catherine Fieschi, director of Counterpoint center of the British Council expressed her gratitude to the leadership of Azerbaijan for condcuting such grandious event. She said the forum participants took pride in participation of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in the opening ceremony. A speech by President Ilham Aliyev made a great impression on forum participants.
Mrs. Fieschi expressed her gratitude to the head of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill ambassador Mehriban Aliyeva for participation and speech made at the third session of the World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue on the subject "Women as key agents of intercultural dialogue".
Azerbaijan`s Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfaz Garayev thanked the forum participants. Minister expressed his confidence the ideas put forward at the forum would play an important role in boosting cooperation of different nations and strenghening intercultural relations.
The forum participants declared that Azerbaijan serves as an example for successful conducting of the intercivilizational and intercultural dialogue.
