On June 2, a public event EuroVillage was held in Baku Boulevard to mark the 100th anniversary of the independence of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic; EuroVillage 2018 became an ideal opportunity to learn more about the European Union (EU) and its values, including the long-term co-operation and partnership relations between the EU and Azerbaijan.

As is tradition, EuroVillage was organised by the Delegation of the European Union (EU) to Azerbaijan in co-operation with 20 embassies of the EU Member States in Baku.

The event offered karaoke, along with the language classes led by representatives of embassies and cultural centres.
