1. The Republic of Azerbaijan has received a loan from the İnternational Bank for Reconstruction and Development towards the cost of Real Estate Registration Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Construction of Reserve Data Center tobe established in Shamakhy city for İnformation Technologies and Data Management Center, NCB No: NCB-CW-PP1-SHAMAKHYRESERVE/2014/01

2. The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Real Estate Registration Project invites sealed bids for the Construction of Reserve Data Center tobe established in Shamakhy city for İnformation Technologies and Data Management Center. Construction period will be 6 (six) month from the Start Date.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under İBRD Loans and İDA Credits, May 2004, revised October 2006 and May 2010 and are open to all the potential bidders.

4. The complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased atthe following address for a nonrefundable fee of 150 AZN or 200 USD for each set:

6. Bids shall be delivered to the address below on or before 14:45 on March 05, 2014. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidders.  Bids will be opened on March 5, 2014 at 15:00 physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person.
