Republic of Azerbaijan IDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project Loan No. 8096-AZ
The Republic of Azerbaijan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the "IDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project ", and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for rehabilitation and construction of electricity supply systems for IDP communities. The Social Fund for Development of IDPs now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following works:

Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's (see World Bank's Internet site) Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits ttr://www.worldbank.org/html/orr/rrocure/guidelin.html, January 2011, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the Social Fund for Development of IDPs at the address below during office hours from 09:00 to 18:00 hours. A complete set of bidding documents in Azeri may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 50 (fifty) manat for each contract to the following account:

The number of copies of the Bid to be completed and returned shall be 2 (two), in Azeri language.
All bids must be accompanied by bid securities: a) Rehabilitation of the power supply system for IDPs in Chalud village of Oghuz region, Contract SFDI/8096-AZ/030 - 5 000 manat; b) Construction of the power supply system for "Khanoghlan" IDPs community in Pirili village of Kurdamir region, Contract SFDI/8096-AZ/050, Lot1 - 2 500 manat; c) Construction of power supply system for "Khalil" IDPs community settled in Pirili village winter pastures of Kurdamir region, Contract SFDI/8096-AZ/050,Lot2 - 2 000 manat and be delivered to the address below by 16:00 on July 30, 2012. They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected.
