Republic of Azerbaijan Real Estate Registration Project Loan N: 7435-AZ Procurement of Creation of Real Estate Cadastre Digital İndex Map (CRECDİM) İCB No: RERP/TS/CRECDİM/06/010
1. This İnvitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, dated 05 March, 2007.
2. The Government of Azerbaijan has received a loan from the İnternational Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of Real Estate Registration Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Procurement of Creation of Real Estate Cadastre Digital İndex Map (CRECDİM) İCB No: RERP/TS/CRECDİM/06/010.
3. The Project Management Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for:
- Development of land cadastre data (parcel boundaries) and Digital Real Estate Cadastre Map database;
- Preparation of land cadastre data (parcel boundaries) and digital real estate cadastre maps including additional maps for the contract area
The aim of work is setting up the Digital Real Estate Cadastre Maps and Land Cadastre data (parcel boundaries) for real estate registration.
4. Bidding will be conducted through the İnternational Competitive Bidding (İCB) procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under İBRD Loans and İDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.
5. İnterested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Project Management Unit, Real Estate Registration Project, Mrs. Nigar Hasanova-Procurement Specialist, [email protected] and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 am to 18:00pm.
6. A margin of preference for certain technical service manufactured domestically shall not be applied. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee 200 AZN or in 250 USD. The method of payment will be bank transfer. The bank details are as follows:

8. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 pm, August 13, 2010. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the tender commission and bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person or on-line at the address below at 11:00 pm, August 13, 2010. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 200 000 USD of an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
