Azerbaijan Republic Real Estate Registration Project Loan No. İBRD 7435-AZ
The Government of Azerbaijan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Real Estate Registration Project/State Service for Registration of Real Estate under the State Committee on Property İssues and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services.
Within the framework of the project it was envisaged to select consulting company for development of knowledge and practical skills of Microsoft Systems Database Administration of İT staff.

Requirements for consultant:
1.Minimum 3 years of experience as an System Engineer
2.Minimum 2 years of experience as an İT instructor
3.MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), MCSA Security, MCSA Messaging, MCİTP (Enterprise Administrator) certificates
4.Registration as trainer in Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions
5.Able to tailor the program for particular participant or group taking into account the participants/groups needs and requirement
6.Aware of the latest programs and techniques in teaching
7.Able to provide training also on customer's base
8.Able to follow the time and class management in the training room
9.Able to provide testing of participants before and after the training
10.Able to provide training in Azeri or Russian languages
The Project Management Unit of Real Estate Registration Project now invites eligible consulting companies to indicate their interest in providing the services. İnterested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers
