Legal entities possessing extensive experience and material and technical base in the production or sale of appropriate equipment may participate in the tender.

Bidders must submit the following documents to participate in the tender:

- application for participation in the tender;

- bank document on payment of participation fee;

- Tender proposal (must be valid at least 30 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);

- full name, address, document (copy) and bank requisites of the bidder;

- document confirming the tender offer (bank guarantee must be valid at least 60 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);

- Certificate of financial status of the bidder over the last year;

- Certificate from the relevant tax authority on the absence of overdue obligations on taxes and other compulsory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Bank guarantee of the Bid must not be less than 2 (two)% of the tender proposal.

The price of the bidder's bid must be specified, taking into account the cost of goods, including transport, VAT, customs duties and other costs.

Bidders shall submit their proposals in sealed, signed, duplicate envelopes in writing.

Tender participants must have the necessary financial and technical capabilities and knowledge to fulfill the contract.
