The tender is open for the financially sustainable legal entities with advanced experience in production and sales of the relevant equipments.

Interested bidders should submit the following documents to be eligible:

- tender application letter;

- bank statement confirming payment of the participation fee;

- tender proposal in Azerbaijani and English ;

- copies of documents confirming Bidder’s legal status, full name, address and bank details;

- document confirming authorities of the person empowered to sign the bid and procurement agreement;

bank guarantee in the amount of no less than 2 (two) percent of the tender proposal

- bank statement on financial standing of the bidder over past 1 (one) year;

- statement from a relevant tax authority denying any outstanding liability on taxes and other compulsory charges in the Republic of Azerbaijan (by foreign bidders – information);

The Bidders prices should include transport, VAT, customs fees and other costs.

The bidder shall submit all relevant documents (except tender proposal and the bank guarantee) in a two-fold envelope until 17.00, 5th March, 2018, tender proposal and the bank guarantee sealed and signed until 17:00, 12th March, 2018 to InterTobacco at 35 Tibilis Ave, Globus Plaza, Yasamal district, Baku city. Bids submitted later than the fixed date shall be returned without opening and the bidder will not be allowed to the tender.
