Republic of Azerbaijan Social Fund for Development of IDPs Credit # 4395-AZ
The Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan has received a credit from the World Bank (WB) toward the cost of the "Additional Financing for IDPs Economic Development Support Project" and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for the following consulting services:

The Social Fund for Development of IDPs of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SFDI) now invites elligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services for appraisal of all 15 (fifeen) community micro-projects. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the mentioned services (brochures, information of the similar assignments, infromation about the works carried out under similar conditions, availability of the qualified staff, etc.). The assignment is expected to be performed in the period March-July 2011.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant's Qualification (CQ) procedures set out in the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, May 2004, revised October 2006). Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by 17.00 Baku time on 7 February 2011:
