Republic of Azerbaijan IDPs Economic Development Support Project - Additional Financing Credit No. 4395-AZ
The Republic of Azerbaijan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the "IDPs Economic Development Support Project", and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for rehabilitation of 6 (six) dormitories. The Social Fund for Development of IDPs now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following works:

Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's (see World Bank's Internet site) Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (current edition), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the Social Fund for Development of IDPs at the address below during office hours from 09:00 to 18:00 hours. A complete set of bidding documents in Azeri may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 50 (fifty) manat for each contract to the following account:
