Implementation of below mentioned works are being offered for Bidders;

a) MEP works

b) Interior and landscape works

c) Supply and installation of all materials and equipment related to the Works

Bidders are invited to submit their bids in sealed and signed form in double envelopes in writing for above mentioned works in accordance with  the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on  “State Procurement”. Preference will be given to below mentioned criteria in evaluation of bids.

- low price, high quality, implementation of contract at proper time, experience in similar works and financial condition.

Bidders should have necessary technical and financial capabilities in order to implement the  Contract.

The participation fee is not refundable.

Bidders have to submit the following documents no later than 18.00, 01.06.2017 to “Azersu” OJSC.  

- Application to participate in a Tender;

- Bank document confirming the payment of participation fee;

- Information about Bidder;

- The followings are being supposed by saying information about Bidder;

- Full name of Bidder, legal status, country of registration and details;

-  For the last three years (if the activity period is less than the period of the whole operation) bank certificate about financial situation of Bidder;

-  Information about potential possibilities of the Bidder  for implementation of contract; 

- To have at least two similar Contracts of completed surface infrastructure facilities and buildings successfully within last three Years;

- Lack of overdue liabilities and  no obligations to taxes and other compulsory payments; 

Bidder has to submit in writing signed and sealed bid (must be at least 90 banking days from the date of opening of envelopes) no later than 18.00, 08.06.2017.  The tender offers submitted after the deadline will be returned without consideration.

Bidder has to submit as a  bank guarantee at the amount of 2% of total  tender proposals. (at least 120 days from the date of opening of the envelopes must be valid) (in transfer or bank guarantee form)      

Bids openings will be at 15.00, 09.06.2017 at “ Azersu” OJSC Office located at 67 Moscow avenue, Baku city.

The Bidders and their authorized representatives can participate in bids opening procedures.
