On November 12th Azerbaijan`s Supreme Court and Bulgarian Supreme Court of Cassation clinched a cooperation protocol.
The signing ceremony took place as part of the visit of President of Bulgarian Supreme Court of Cassation Lasar Gruev and his accompanying delegation visit to Azerbaijan`s Supreme Court.
In the meeting, chairman of Azerbaijan`s Supreme Court Ramiz Rzayev stated solidarity of the Azerbaijani and Bulgarian nations.
He noted that reciprocal visits of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Bulgaria, economic contracts and cultural agreements signed between the two countries gave opportunities for boosting cooperation.
Ramiz Rzayev expressed confidence that the Bulgarian delegation`s visit will expand the relations of the two countries' judicial systems.
In his turn, Lasar Gruev provided information on the Bulgarian Supreme Court of Cassation praising the relations between the countries.
The sides also exchanged views on judicial reforms and experience.
The Bulgarian delegation became familiar with the administrative building of the Supreme Court; environment created here for judges and visited the Court History Museum.
President of Bulgarian Supreme Court of Cassation signed a guest book of the Court History Museum.
