The Heydar Aliyev Foundation and Azerbaijan Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (ITV) signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation within the preparation for the Eurovision Song Contest 2012.
The ITV asked the Heydar Aliyev Foundation to support the realization and conducting of the Eurovision Song Contest in Baku. The Foundation, which has huge experience in implementation of the international events, gave its consent.
The memorandum envisages realization of the numerous cultural events, attraction of the specialists and volunteers` groups, decoration of Baku city and carrying out of "Eurovillage" and "Euroclub" social programs.
