Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov has met with Indian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Sanjay Rana.

The chairman of the Supreme Assembly said he was pleased to meet with the ambassador again, and described this as the indicative of developing relations between the two countries.

Vasif Talibov commended India for supporting Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity within the international organizations, describing this as a result of good relations between the two countries.

The chairman of the Supreme Assembly noted that the Autonomous Republic will spare no efforts to contribute to the development of Azerbaijan-India bilateral relations.

Indian Ambassador Sanjay Rana praised the social, economic and cultural development of Nakhchivan. The Ambassador noted that India attaches great importance to the expansion of bilateral cooperation.
