Minister of Justice Fikret Mammadov met with visiting PACE Monitoring Committee co-rapporteurs for Azerbaijan Pedro Agramunt and Josef Debono Grech.
The co-rapporteurs noted they are preparing a report on Azerbaijan`s honoring CoE obligations and commitments. They expressed their gratitude for allowing visiting Baku detention facilities.
The Minister informed the co-rapporteurs on the development of civil society in the country, modernization of the judicial system, improvement of the legislation, successful cooperation with the European Court of Human Rights.
