A ceremony has been held in Nakhchivan to give out NAZ-Lifan-320 cars to people with disabilities, three participants of the Azerbaijan Patriotic War, and a person who became disabled while performing his military duties.

Addressing the event, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Javid Safarov noted that social services and rehabilitation for those in need of special care are focus of the Autonomous Republic's attention.

Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov congratulated those who were provided with cars.

The chairman of the Supreme Assembly then handed out keys to the cars to their owners.
