The Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) convened XXIV session of General Assembly.
After the report of the Credentials Committee, the chairman of ARCS, MP Novruzali Aslanov made opening remarks.
Then, the ARCS board, the Secretariat and the Audit Commission were elected.
Ali Hasanov, head of the social-political issues department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, read the congratulatory letter of President Ilham Aliyev.

The event will hear reports of individual units of society, consider organizational issues.
The session was attended by Azerbaijani officials, MPs, representatives of international organizations, non-governmental organizations.
