Speaking at the meeting of Turkic speaking countries` Council of Foreign Ministers in Bishkek Turkish minister of foreign affairs Ahmet Davutoglu criticized Armenia`s unconstructive position on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Davutoglu said the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict hinders preservation of stability in the South Caucasus region. "Liberation of Azerbaijani territories from Armenian occupation is one of the main directions of our foreign policy and we will further work in this direction. We are very concerned about the fact that no result has been achieved to settle the conflict for 20 years. Unless the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is settled peacefully and on the basis of Azerbaijan`s territorial integrity, peace and stability will be difficult to establish in South Caucasus and Central Asia."
