Azeri delegation comprising of the Head of the Political Analysis and Information Department of Azerbaijan`s Presidential Administration Elnur Aslanov, Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office, Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade and President of "Azercell Telecom" LLC Ali Agan participated in the 2nd World Political Forum in Istanbul. 
A wide range of issues, including solution of the global economic and financial crisis, settlement of the conflicts in different countries, the ongoing processes in the Middle East, political forecasts after the "Arabic Spring", gender problems, energy security.
Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade made a speech on the topic "Religion as a uniting factor."
He said: "There is high religious tolerance in multinational and multi-confessional Azerbaijan. Ensuring the freedom of religion, protection of religious and moral values is linked with the national leader Heydar Aliyev`s name. Today, this policy is being successfully carried out by President Ilham Aliyev. The president pays special attention to reconstruction of the mosques, churches and synagogues. Religious figures of all countries must join efforts to strengthen intercultural dialogue."
Pashazade said during Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh problem, 20% of Azerbaijani lands were occupied and over one million people became refugees. Armenians destroyed religious and cultural monuments.
Elnur Aslanov will make a speech on the topic "The potential of economic cooperation in the Black Sea region and the influence of the Caucasus to the region".
The speeches were also made by Vice President of Libya Azadin Agil, Chilean Minister of Economy, Development and Tourism Juan Andres Fontaine, Deputy Minister of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan Arman Kirikbayev, Minster of Energy and Natural Resources of Georgia Alexander Khetaguri, Prime Minister of Yemen Mohammed Salim Basindawa, Turkey`s state minister of the EU Egemen Bagish.
