The stance of OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs including the United States, Russia, France, on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is well known. They unambiguously want occupied lands of Azerbaijan to be released, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov .
The Minister pointed out that the joint statement following the Almaty meeting in the 3+2 format did not take place because Armenian side did not agree on some matters.
"However, the joint statement of OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries that co-chairs do not want peace talks to stop. It is necessary to be patient and the Armenian side should realize, their intention to see Nagorno-Karabakh independent is impossible,"
E. Mammadyarov underlined Azerbaijan is ready to open borders and launch economic projects when Armenian pulls out its troops from occupied territories.
"Following the Almaty meeting, I realized the Armenian side, at least the Foreign Ministry, is not ready for this," he added.
