"The existent status-quo in the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict cannot last long. The United States regards the problem as serious and urgent", said the United States Deputy Secretary of State William Burns who is visiting Azerbaijan.
The Deputy Secretary of State said the United States being a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group stands ready to continue talks on peaceful settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. Noting that the president of United States spares no effort to strengthen this process Burns stated that the military way of solution of the problem is impossible.
