The Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict must be settled on the basis of the agreed principles, said Giedrius Čekuolis, the Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE on the protracted conflicts.
Čekuolis said all international organizations support resolution of the conflict peacefully and on the basis of norms and principles of international law. He underlined settlement of the conflict would ensure peace and stability in the region.
Čekuolis also said frequent violation of ceasefire on the frontline impedes settlement of the conflict.
