"I don`t recognize an independence of Nagorno Karabakh", President of the European Parliament Jerzy Buzek said at the press-conference in Yerevan.
"We don`t recognize Nagorno Karabakh as a territorial entity. European Parliament always assumes territorial integrity as a basis", said Mr. Buzek.
On importance of protection of human rights for living in peace, Mr. Buzek said suspense of the problem is a big obstacle on the path to development of the region. "One should not wage war, but extend the hand of friendship and security will be ensured at the European territory", President of the European Parliament added.
