The permanent mission Azerbaijan to the UN has received a letter featuring position of the Peru permanent mission to the UN with respect to the "parliamentary elections" held in occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
The document says Peru respects principles of sovereignty, territorial integrity of states, inviolability of internationally recognized borders and inadmissibility of using force to occupy the territory.
Peru supports peaceful resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict through dialogue, and backs efforts of the UN and OSCE Minsk group in this direction, the letter said.
