President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Order on the make-up of the Joint Commission on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Iraq from the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and with the aim of executing the "Agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Iraq" signed in Baku on 10 November 2010 and approved by Resolution No 1261 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 27 December 2010, and expanding bilateral relations, the Head of State approved the make-up of the Joint Commission on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Iraq from the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In accordance with the document, Minister of Communication and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan Ali Abbasov was appointed as co-chairman of the Commission.{nl}
