On July 31st President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev opened the Heydar Aliyev Art Center in the country`s Jalilabad region.
The Head of State cut a ribbon symbolizing the opening of the Center.
President Ilham Aliyev was informed the construction of the facility started last year.
The building of the Heydar Aliyev Art Center occupies a total area of 1,200 square meters.
The Head of State viewed photo stands reflecting national leader Heydar Aliyev`s and President Ilham Aliyev`s visits to Jalilabad.
The Center has drawing and computer courses, a foreign languages lab and a mugham studio.
President Ilham Aliyev praised conditions created in the Heydar Aliyev Art Center.
