President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of congratulations to chairman of the General National Congress of Libya Nuri Ali Abu Sahmain on the country`s public holiday.
In his letter, the Head of State expressed hope that the Azerbaijan-Libya relations would always develop in the spirit of friendship and cooperation.
President Ilham Aliyev conveyed his best regards to the chairman of the General National Congress, and wished the people of Libya peace and prosperity.
