The relations between Montenegro and Azerbaijan have always been cordial and friendly. It is my great pleasure to state that exchange of the visits at the highest level considerably elevated our overall cooperation and made the relations of our countries a paradigm of friendly cooperation for the world. The signing of the Agreement during your official visit to Montenegro reflects the atmosphere of mutual understanding and trust. I am confident that our future cooperation will further foster such relations between our states and nations.
