I have been extremely saddened by the news of acts of terror and the resulted numerous casualties in your country.
We are outraged by this horrific tragedy, categorically condemn terrorism and think it is necessary to resolutely fight all forms of it.
I would like to share in your grief, express my condolences to you, families and next of kin of those killed, to the brotherly people of Turkey, and wish a speedy recovery to those wounded.
