British Prime Minister David Cameron has sent a letter to welcome participants of 17th International Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference here.
The letter reads: I congratulate his Excellency President Ilham Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 17th International Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference.
