"012 Baku Public Art Festival is a wonderful project. The artists present their works in various genres," said rector of Baku branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University, professor Nargiz Pashayeva after the presentation of a regular project of the art festival.

She said along with young artists, the well-known masters also participate in the festival. The artifacts of Baku are represented in the works, the conception of each work is linked with history of the city. The artists express their ideas and feelings through the works. The works are placed in crowded areas, due to which the residents and guests of the city will be able to see the paintings. The presence of works of art in the crowded streets is a pleasant fact.

Aida Mahmudova, who founded "YARAT!" is the professional artist, said professor Nargiz Pashayeva. "I praise professionalism. I think the person, who has professional abilities and got the perfect education on a certain specialty didn`t choose profession by accident, for the sake of advertising. Aid Mahmudova got a wonderful artistic education and reached maturity to demonstrate her knowledge. Non-commercial organization "YARAT!" is a really professional organization created by professional. I wish success this organization and its members," Pashayeva added.
