Azerbaijan will run for Baku’s hosting XVIII World Water Congress, said Chairman of Azersu JSC, Gorkhmaz Huseynov, in the 61st session of the World Water Council.

Gorkhmaz Huseynov stated that Azerbaijan would run for hosting one of the next meetings of XVIII World Water Congress of International Water Resources Association and World Water Council.

“Azerbaijan is hosting the International Water Week for the first time. "Azersu" OJSC is one of the youngest members of the World Water Council., The Government of Azerbaijan pays due attention to the water sector and the environment, and therefore supports our activities in the World Water Council. We will also contribute to the Council activity and benefit from its experiences”, Chairman of Azersu added.
