Baku will host the next congress of the Association of Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects called “mega-projects in the energy and transport”, on October.

According to the press service of SOCAR, it was informed during the meeting of the President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SAOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev with head of the representative office of "Turkey Petroleum A.Ö" (TPAO) in Azerbaijan Saliha Dundar, on August 25.

As is reported, this year's congress will be dedicated to the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev. Association of Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects called 2016 Year as “Heydar Aliyev's Heritage Year”.

The Prime Minister of Turkey Binali Yildirim is aid to take part in the work and opening ceremony of the Congress. Organizing Committee decided to invite SOCAR president Rovnag Abdullayev to the Congress as an honorary member of the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic world.
