The complaint received to the “Hot line” of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources in connection with waste disposal on the territory of Sıgırlı village of Kurdamir region by Elsevar Azizov that was examined on the spot by the officers of the Ministry.

It was discovered that domestic waste was disposed in an uncontrolled area and was not managed according to legislation.

A protocol has been filed against Salih Aghamaliyev, the chairman of the Sigirli municipality, and has been fined up to AZN 3000 in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses.

Timed “obligatory instructions” was given to the chairman of the municipality.
