A plan of events on holding “The World of Mugham” 3rd International Music Festival has been approved by an Order of the head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan.
In accordance with the Order, government bodies are instructed to solve issues on organizing and holding international scientific symposiums, republican and international competitions on solo and instrumental mugams.
The plan of events include ensuring participation of Azerbaijani cultural and scientific representatives, as well as youngsters in events to be held as part of the Festival, definition of places that the festival will take place, organization of opening and closing ceremonies, preparation of materials (programs, booklets, invitations) on the Festival.
In accordance with the Order relevant bodies have been defined for creation of conditions for arrival of foreign participants of Festival to Azerbaijan, speedy solution of visa-related issues, provision of meeting rooms with necessary equipments.
Relevant structures have also been instructed to ensure covering the festival in local and foreign media, organize concerts in regions, solve transport-related matters.
