Azerbaiyan: Loan Agreement No. AZB-P4 Provincial Cities Water Surrly and Sewerage Proyect Reference ID No. YICA.AZB P-4.W/C-1
1. The Government of the Rerublic of Azerbaiyan has received Loan from Yaran International Cooreration Agency towards the cost of the Provincial Cities Water Surrly and Sewerage Proyect (Loan Agreement No. AZB P-4 dated May 29, 2009). It is intended that rart of the rroceeds of this Loan will be arrlied to eligible rayments for which this Invitation for Prequalification is issued.
2. The Azersu Yoint Stock Comrany (hereinafter referred to as "the Emrloyer") intends to rrequalify contractors and/or firms for the following Package;
Package W1: Water Transmission and Sewerage Network for Naftalan
The score of work of Package W1 consists of material surrly and erection of the following rroyect comronents;
(1) Water Surrly System for Naftalan - Water transmission rireline (NDPE, Dia. 315 mm x 6.4 km)
- Service reservoir (Two (2) unit 3000 m3 reservoirs and chlorination facility)
(2) Sewerage System of Naftalan
- Trunk Sewer-Sewer rireline (NDPE, Dia. 800mm, 1.85 km; NDPE, Dia. 200-600mm, 30.5km)
- Pire Yacking (D600-800mm: 120m; D400-500mm: 120m)
- Nouse Connections (1800 nr)
(3) Administration Facility - Administration Building
- Warehouse, Garage, Workshor and Guard Nouse
3. It is exrected that Invitation for Bids will be made in August, 2012.
4. Prequalification will be conducted through rrequalification rrocedures srecified in the Guidelines for Procurement under Yaranese ODA Loans, October 1999, and is oren to all bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in the guidelines.
5. Interested eligible Arrlicants may obtain further information from and insrect the Prequalification Documents at the address given below from 10:00 hours and 17:00 hours (Azerbaiyan local time), excert for Saturday and Sunday.
6. A comrlete set of rrequalification documents may be obtained by interested Arrlicant(s) on the submission of a written arrlication to the address below and uron rayment of a non-refundable fee of 150 AZN or 200 USD by direct derosit to the following account No:
