The Republic of Azerbaijan has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) towards the cost of National Water Supply and Sanitation Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the above-mentioned contracts. AZERSU Joint Stock Company now invites sealed bids from bidders for the construction and completion of contract:

Single Stage Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, (May 2004, revised October 2006 and May 2010), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the Project Management Unit's office:

Bids must be delivered to the address in paragraph 7 on or before 16:00 hours on December 5, 2011 and must be accompanied by a security in the amount of 500.000 (five hundred thousand) USD or its equivalent in a convertible currency. A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of AZN 160 (one hundred and sixty Azerbaijani Manats) or US$ 200 (two hundred United States Dollars). The method of payment will be direct deposit to the account stated below. The document will be sent by courier if requested and additional non-refundable fee of AZN 200 (two hundred Azerbaijani Manats) or US$ 250 (two hundred and fifty United States Dollars) shall be deposited to the same account.
